The consultancy NOUS Cubane on behest of Queen’s University recently distributed a survey on shared services to guide which staff the administration will lay off. However, NOUS forgot to include questions about faculty and staff satisfaction with university leadership. This survey will remedy this oversight.
We would appreciate your input to our Administration Effectiveness Survey, which asks you to rate the importance and effectiveness of senior leadership in supporting you in your role.
There are two parts to this survey: first, the survey will ask you to rate the importance and performance of university-wide leadership; second, we will ask you rate the importance and performance of your faculty or school’s leadership.
The survey is designed to take approximately 5-10 minutes to complete. The survey will close March 31 at midnight. Response data will be collected anonymously and stored securely with QCAA. When providing comments within the survey, please do not provide any information that could identify you (e.g. name or job title).
